EmissionWeightsLengthMismatch

sudo_set_subnet_emission_weights was given uids and values lists of different lengths. Each slot index in uids needs exactly one share in values; pass the two lists pairwise (e.g. uids=[2, 3, 4], values=[owner, validator, miner]).

Declared by the SubtensorModule pallet; it classifies to the semantic code invalid_argument.
