InsufficientGammaBalance

A spend entry was skipped because its amount is above the gamma deposit's balance. An entry spends its whole amount or nothing. The gamma_deposit read gives spendable_gamma, what an entry can spend now.

Fund the signing account or reduce the amount; check with btcli wallet balance
