RootWeightSettingDisabled

Retired on current runtimes: the set_root_weights extrinsic and its network-wide gate were removed. Funds have no target vector — dividends accumulate in place on their origin subnet and composition changes only through swap_basket. Seeing this error means the chain is running an older runtime.
