The alpha_low argument to set liquid-alpha values was below the ~0.025 minimum (1638/65535) or greater than alpha_high. Choose alpha_low within that range and not exceeding alpha_high; current settings are in the AlphaValues storage for the netuid.

Declared by the SubtensorModule pallet; it classifies to the semantic code invalid_argument.
