Announce exclusively reserves its destination so a third party cannot register that address as a hotkey during the delay. If someone else announced a swap into your coldkey (or you no longer want the hold), sign this from the reserved destination to drop exclusivity. The announcer's announcement may still exist; reservations also expire after when + reannouncement delay.

Parameters

This operation takes no parameters.

Address parameters (--hotkey, --coldkey, --dest, ...) accept a raw ss58 address, an address-book or proxy-book name, or a local wallet/hotkey name.

Preview with --dry-run (shows fee, effects, and policy result without submitting), then submit:
