gamma-deposit

The gamma deposit at a hotkey on a subnet, or None.

Its netuid, hotkey, coldkey, spender, and balance_gamma, daily_spend_cap_gamma and spendable_gamma as exact decimal strings of gamma. A daily_spend_cap_gamma of None is no cap, and "0" pauses the deposit. spendable_gamma is the balance within what its daily spend cap allows now.
