This account is reserved as the destination of an in-flight coldkey-swap announcement, so it cannot be registered as a hotkey and another coldkey cannot announce to it until that announcement is executed, cleared, released by the destination, reset by root, or the reservation TTL expires. Wait for the reservation to clear, have the destination call `release_own_coldkey_swap_destination_reservation`, or choose a different account.
